Lessons beyond the initial Free Diagnostic Lesson are payable in advance by credit card, check, or money order. Fees are based on 30-minute increments. The fee per lesson decreases as the the package size increases. Individuals choosing to schedule a 60-minute lesson will use two lessons in their package. A 45-minute lesson will use one and a half lessons.

The 5-hour Package for Children may be used in 30-, 45-, or 60-minute increments.

Refund Requests

If a credit is requested for an unused portion of a Package of Lessons, the costs of the smaller applicable package(s) will apply. For example, if you pay $275 for a Package of 10 Lessons but decide to stop your lessons after the eighth one, you would be responsible for $145 for a Package of 5 Lessons plus $95 for a Package of 3 Lessons. Your reimbursed credit would be $35 for the last two unused lessons.

Lesson Cancellations

FrenchSounds requires a minimum of 24-hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson, except in emergencies. Otherwise, a "No-Show Fee" equivalent to one 30-minute lesson will be charged.

Connecticut Businesses

Under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, a 6% sales tax must be collected from companies that pay for private lessons for their employees, if the primary workplace of the employees is in Connecticut.
