Lessons beyond the initial Free Diagnostic Lesson are payable in advance by credit card, check or money order.

If a credit is requested for the remainder of a Lesson Package, the costs of the smaller applicable package(s) will apply. For example, if you pay $275 for a Package of 10 Lessons but decide to stop your lessons after the eighth one, you would be responsible for $145 for a Package of 5 Lessons plus $95 for a Package of 3 Lessons. You would therefore receive a credit of $35 for the last two lessons.
FrenchSounds, LLC requires a minimum of 24-hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson, except in emergencies. Otherwise, a "No-Show Fee" equivalent to one 30-minute lesson will be charged.
Under the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, a 6% sales tax must be collected from companies who pay for private lessons for their employees, if the primary workplace of the employees is in Connecticut.
